Eligibility for Refunds

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your order prior to shipment by contacting our customer support number (+61424606935). Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to process refunds. Cancellation requests will be subject to a review process, and approval may not be guaranteed.

Non-Eligible for Refunds

Personalized and Custom Items: Products that have been customized or personalized specifically for you or the recipient are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or damage.

Delivery Delayed: We rely on third-party courier and shipping companies to handle the delivery of your purchases. As a result, delivery times may vary, and occasional delays can occur that are beyond our control.

Return Due to Incorrect Details: Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds in cases where the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete address/shipping/receiver detail.

Return Due to Customer not available: We are unable to facilitate refunds in cases where the customer is not available during the scheduled delivery time or if the delivery address is deemed unsafe for leaving parcels.

Perishable Goods: Regrettably, refunds cannot be provided for any perishable items. Like Sweets/Chocolates/Chips etc.

Change of Mind: We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase. Please refer our Returns Policy for more Information.

Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Disputes: Customre must send email to info@rakhi.com before lodging and Charge back Disputes. 

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible refunds. If a return is required for a defective or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is due to order cancellation or a non-eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
